Auburn Contemporary Retreat

A next-chapter home designed for comfort, independence, and view.

Summary

This contemporary retreat was designed for aging in place without feeling clinical — a home organized around ease, openness, panoramic views, indoor-outdoor living, and daily comfort.

The Challenge

The project needed to support long-term living while still feeling elevated, modern, and personal. Accessibility, comfort, entertaining, privacy, and views all had to be resolved without compromising the architecture.

The Spire Move

Spire shaped the home around clear circulation, open living areas, outdoor connections, generous light, and a calm material palette that supports both independence and pleasure.

The Result

A refined contemporary home that supports the next chapter of life — beautiful, practical, open, and deeply connected to its setting.
